All lessons are outdoors at this time. Weather may have an effect and lessons will be rescheduled as needed.

 Missed Appointments 

As a courtesy, please give 24 hour notice for any scheduled lessons you are not able to attend. Of course things come up for both of us that cannot be avoided. If canceled lessons become a habit instead of the exception, I will be forced to drop the student from my workout list.
